Arrival/Check-In

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to prepare for your service.  Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened so that we may remain on time for the next client.

Consultations

Complimentary consultations on our services and products are available on-site or over the phone.

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards for payment. Personal checks are not accepted.

Gratuity

Service pricing does not include gratuity.  In appreciation to staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Customary gratuity for each service provider is 15 to 20 percent.  Tipping envelopes for cash gratuities are provided at the front desk or you may add gratuity onto your credit card. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.

Special Requests

Your comfort and well-being are very important to us.  Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special requests or needs you may have.  We will do our best to customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and benefit.

 

Communicating Preferences

All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your taste: amount of light, music volume, table temperature, massage pressure, and whether you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. Feel free to ask questions. Your service provider will appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have.

Pregnancy or Medical Conditions

Be sure to mention any medical information when booking your appointment(s). Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let your service provider know of any medical concerns or if you are wearing contact lenses.  If you are pregnant, massage services are provided only if you are beyond your first trimester.

Cell Phones

In consideration of our other guests, please refrain from cell phone use and keep phones on silent.

Children + Teens

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, children may not be left unattended, unless they are receiving services.  Anyone under 18 will need signed written permission for services.

Privacy

We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy.  Our privacy statement describes the practices and policies we have put into place to safeguard any personal and health-related information that may be gathered.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Valid credit card information is required in order to schedule an appointment. Scheduled appointments must be cancelled, changed or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service amount for the time that was reserved for you. 

No-shows, appointment cancellations, changes or reschedules received less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge to your credit card on file. In the event of illness, you must call the location you have booked no later than 9:00am EST the day of the appointment to avoid being charged.

Appointment cancellations, changes or reschedules must be made by calling and speaking with a Spa Representative, leaving a voicemail, or sending an email to service@villagehealth.net. No other form of communication (text, fax, etc) can be used for cancellations.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may require us to shorten or re-schedule your service.

Service Packages

All Village Health Wellness Spa packages are non-refundable, expire one year from the purchase date, and exclude Specialty Massage Treatments, Chiropractic First Session, and/or Acupuncture First Session unless otherwise stated.  Massage Packages can be used towards Specialty Massage Treatments with an additional upgrade fee.  Chiropractic Packages and Acupuncture Packages can be used towards First Sessions with additional exam fees.

Gift Certificates

Available for any amount or service, Village Health gift cards make perfect gifts for any occasion and are redeemable for services and spa retail. Physical gift cards are available for purchase in-store. Gift cards can be purchased by phone and mailed to purchaser or recipient for an additional mailing fee. eGifts can be purchased online and sent via email to purchaser or recipient.

*Gift cards and eGifts are non-refundable and expire five years from the purchase date. If the gift card or eGift is not used for 12 consecutive months, a service charge of $5.00 per month will be deducted from the balance until the gift card or eGift is used or depleted.

Retail Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (with receipt) for on-account credit only for future retail purchases or services.  Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable.

Village Health guarantees your satisfaction with every service that we provide.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with any service or product you receive, please let us know and we will do whatever possible to make it right.
