Our Response to COVID-19

​

Service Availability

We are currently​ performing massage therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, skincare and waxing services, however, not all service offerings are available at this time. We look forward to resuming the practice of all spa and wellness service offerings when it is safe to do so.

Continued Safety Precautions

Although we have reopened, ​we are still taking extreme precautions for the health and safety of our clients and staff. The following are just some of the changes we have implemented due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic:

• Screening guidelines for clients

• Staggered appointments to minimize client interaction

• Allowing significant time between appointments for social distancing purposes

• Disinfecting of treatment room, front desk, restroom and other areas before and after each appointment

• Enhanced sanitization processes and sterilization of equipment

• Usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Screening guidelines and temperature checks for staff members upon arrival for work each day

• Limiting the number of clients and staff in the spa

• Minimizing staff interaction

• Maintaining social distancing guidelines whenever possible

Client & Visitor Guidelines

• Please do not come in for service if you are sick, have traveled outside of Georgia, or have been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days.

• If you have a serious health condition that would make you more susceptible to COVID-19, please consider waiting a bit longer for any routine or relaxation services.

• No visitors are allowed in the spa other than clients who have been screened and are scheduled to receive service. If the client is a minor, one parent/guardian will be allowed.

• If you are driven to your appointment, the driver must wait in the car during your service.

• Clients have the option of waiting in the car or outside in front of the spa for their appointment after checking-in.

• Clients are advised to wear a mask to their appointment.
