Joseph Sanchez graduated from the Academy of Classical Oriental Science in 2013 in British Columbia, Canada where he became proficient in the medical art of Classical Chinese Medicine. For the past 11 years, he has been practicing the manual therapy techniques of Acupuncture, Gua Sha, Cupping, and Tui-na massage; Chinese Herbal Medicine; and Qigong Breath Medicine.

Through his practice Joseph has had success treating various ailments such as autoimmune conditions, gastro-intestinal disorders, musculoskeletal pain (acute/chronic), nerve entrapments, migraine headaches, fertility/pregnancy care, reproductive health, post-operative recovery, immunity support, nervous system imbalance, psycho-emotional conditions, and many others.

Later in his practice he took his knowledge of Traditional Acupuncture into the realm of Modern Physical Therapy by apprenticing and eventually having a focus practice in Dry Needling, also known as Heavy Needling. Dry needling is beneficial for various intramuscular and myofascial disorders ranging from joint pain to neuropathy.

Joseph is passionate about this medicine and confident in his holistic approach to each individual's healing process. He has an individual-centered mindset, knowing each case is unique and requires insight and time to understand the root cause. Mind-Body-Spirit is considered in all cases to bring about optimal health and recovery.
