To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, children may not be left unattended, unless they are receiving services. Anyone under 18 will need signed written permission for services.

cancellations

late arrivals
Arriving 15 minutes late or more may require us to shorten or re-schedule your service.
gift certificates
Available for any amount or service, Village Health gift certificates make perfect gifts for any occasion and are redeemable for services and spa retail. Our gift certificates are available for purchase on-site, by phone, and online.
*Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire five years from the purchase date. If certificate is not used for 12 consecutive months, a service charge of $5.00 per month will be deducted from the balance until the card is used or depleted.
retail returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (with receipt) for on-account credit only for future retail purchases or services. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
