We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out
the necessary paperwork and prepare for your service. Should you arrive late
your appointment may be shortened so that we may remain on time for the next client.

Complimentary consultations on our services and products are available
on site or over the phone.
gratuity
Service pricing does not include gratuity. In appreciation to the
staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
special requests
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your
service, please inform us of any special requests or needs you may have. We
will do our best to customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and
benefit.
cell phones
In consideration of our other guests, please refrain from cell phone use and keep
phones on silent.
children & teens
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, children may not be left unattended, unless they
are receiving services. Anyone under 18 will need signed written permission
for services.
cancellations
Please give 24 hour notice for cancellations. Without proper notification,
cancellations and missed appointments may be charged in full.
late arrivals
Arriving 15 minutes late or more may require us to shorten or re-schedule your service.
retail returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (with receipt) for on-account credit
only for future retail purchases or services. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
